The Tasmania JackJumpers have announced a two-year contract extension for Assistant Coach Mark Radford, solidifying his place as a cornerstone of the team’s success and development.
Radford, a highly respected figure in Tasmanian basketball, has deep connections to the state’s north and has played a pivotal role in the JackJumpers’ journey since joining the club. Known for his extensive basketball knowledge, Radford’s career boasts an impressive coaching resume, including:
- Basketball Tasmania State Head Coach (2016–2020)
- Head Coach of the Australian World University Games Team (2017)
- Head Coach of North West Thunder (2001–2008)
- Assistant Coach for the Australian U19 National Team (2014–2016)
- Assistant Coach with Perth Wildcats (2008–2010) and Adelaide 36ers (2010–2013)
